We combine English grains, caramel malt, American hops, and yeast, along with a slightly malty body to create a very drinkable pale ale. 

Toasty notes and flavors of coffee, chocolate, and caramel give way to a very smooth vanilla and oaky bourbon finish. Conditioned on top of a massive of Madagascar vanilla beans and oak cubes soaked in PA bourbon.

American 2 Row, white wheat, and flaked oats, along with some coriander, and sweet orange peal, create this very smooth, easy-drinking, dirty blonde ale. 

Bright orange citrus flavors combine with a salty, sweet malty body. This was the first IPA we brewed, and it is one of the most  popular. 

A traditional American lager. Light, refreshing, crisp, and super easy to drink. This beer reminds me of my first beer with my dad. 

A perfectly balanced IPA with flavors of stonefruits, grapefruit, and finished with a crisp orange flavor.

Smooth stout with bold, chocolate, butterscotch, and bourban flavors. Along with a roasty malt body. Combines for a very unique, one of a kind milk stout.

Crisp, light, pale Mexican Lager, with hints of lime.

Dry hopped to create this super smooth juice bomb. Flavors of mango, pineapple, watermelon, and tangerine.

Blueberry, stonefruit, tropical and floral lead the way with some earthy, pine, and herbal spices combined with a nice and sweet malt body.

My daughter Brea's favorite beer. A nice smooth bodied ale with a roasted malt, toasted nuts, and caramel flavor with a nice dry finish.
